Some users on my client’s site have been unable to check out due to the Proceed to Paypal button being grayed out.
For one user that is experiencing it, the graying happens after entering her zipcode. It seems that there is some function that is running that gets stuck here. This happens for her across all devices/browsers she has.
I have not been able to replicate this issue on my end at all, regardless of browser or device, and can successfully check out — leading me to believe it is not a plugin or theme incompatibility error.
Another forum post mentioned experiencing this and that was tied to users logging in, which is not how customers checkout in this case.
All plugins & themes are updated, and pHp is updated according to my hosting platform.
This is above my level of troubleshooting and understanding, any help is welcomed.
